Are you able to offer a good home?

We are a Breed Club (not a Rescue Centre) based in South Yorkshire run by a small committee. All of our re-homing and rescue work is done voluntarily

We work closely with other Breed Clubs and Rescue organisations to ensure that every Boxer who needs a new home is adopted as quickly as possible

We ONLY cover NORTH, SOUTH and WEST YORKSHIRE - Please click Here for information on Rescue's outside of our area

Funds are always desperately needed to cover when dogs are brought into Rescue and require kenneling feeding, veterinary care etc. We therefore charge a fee to relinquish your ownership and for new ownership. This helps us maintain funds to care for all the Rescued Boxers which take longer to find new caring homes

Contact our Rescue Coordinator if .....
You are wanting to provide a home for a Rescued Boxer
You have any spare time to help with Boxer Rescue
You could provide a Foster Home
You are able to collect and deliver dogs

Think very carefully before deciding to part with your family member - this will be a very hard time for all concerned especially YOUR DOG

If you can be of assistance please contact Vikki on 07836 325125 or by e-mail Here

CALLS REGARDING RESCUE ONLY TAKEN BETWEEN 10am AND 5pm

Yo can download the forms to either relinquish your Boxer or provide a new home for a rescued Boxer below, plus information Sheets as appropriate

To be added to our list of prospective new homes please download the following forms and complete as appropriate Adoption Information and Adoption Application Form

If you have a dog that requires re-homing please download the following forms and complete as appropriate
Surrendering Your Boxer Information, Surrendering Application Form and Dog Background Sheet
Should your dog have to be taken (by yourselves) to our Rescue Centre you will also be required to complete the form Here

Please note that we must receive the relevant completed forms before we can take further action

All forms on this site should be printed, completed and then returned to
Vikki Van-Beck
63 Wareham Grove

Should you be able to scan the completed forms to your computer they can then be e-mailed Here

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be aware that there are fees required for both relinquishing and re-homing

We do NOT collect or deliver dogs

It should also be noted that taking on a rescue dog requires a certain level of common sense with how they are introduced to your existing home life - listed below are the main points

We do not advise rescue dogs to be off the lead in a public place for at least 3 months

We do not advise rescue dogs to be introduced to other animals (outside of the new family home) for at least 3 months

It takes time and patience for a rescue dog to adapt to their new surroundings and at ALL times it should be understood that the dog does NOT know where his initial family has gone and what he has done wrong

On the whole rescue dogs will take at least 3 months to settle in
